Our hotel provides accommodation services including room bookings, food & beverage services (if applicable), banquet/event facilities, transportation assistance, and other hospitality-related services as listed on our website or communicated at the time of booking.

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on room category, package selected, or hotel operational policies.

User Responsibilities

By making a booking with our hotel, the guest agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information.
  • Carry valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
  • Follow hotel rules and regulations during the stay.
  • Use hotel property responsibly and avoid any damage to hotel assets.
  • Ensure timely payment of booking charges and any incidental expenses.
  • Not engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior within hotel premises.

The hotel reserves the right to deny service or terminate the stay in case of violation of hotel policies.

Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Room rates and service charges are displayed at the time of booking and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the booking policy.
  • Payments can be made through approved payment methods available on our website or at the hotel.

Limitation of Liability

The hotel shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless deposited with the hotel as per applicable policy.

The hotel shall not be responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or force majeure events.

The hotel’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the guest for the booking in question, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of bookings or services:

  • The guest agrees to first contact the hotel to seek an amicable resolution.
  • If the dispute cannot be resolved mutually, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Aizawl, Mizoram.
  • Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
